# Bytecode Alliance Governance

This repository contains documents related to Bytecode Alliance governance.

The Bytecode Alliance is governed by a Governing Board. A Technical Steering Committee (TSC) reports to that board and provides technical oversight to [Hosted Projects](./projects/) and [Special Interest Groups](./SIGs/) (SIGs).

Hosted Projects are source code repositories that are governed by the Bytecode Alliance.

A Special Interest Group is a group of Bytecode Alliance members and invited participants who share an interest in a particular application or aspect of the technology that the Bytecode Alliance is working on.

## Governing Documents

The Bytecode Alliance's governance and processes are defined in a variety of governing documents:
