qstars is an universal apllication framework of QOS. Public chain and allience chain could built on this framework which provides common storage, transcation and cross chain protocol -- QCP 

Thanks for the team of tendermint. This framework is based on [tendermint](https://github.com/tendermint/tendermint) and implement general package for common ABCI application.

Thanks for the team of cosmos, refer to the code of [cosmos-sdk](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk)

The current version is unreleased, we're keep on improvement.
