Fast_Responder是一个可以让你快速创建Http请求应答器(responder)的服务。应答器可以接收配置的任意请求路径的请求，并按照你的配置对请求参数进行判断，以返回不同的结果。除了处理请求外，应答器还可以对任意个请求地址按你配置的延迟时间，请求头和参数发起Http请求。本质上，fast_responder是一个动态mock服务。
